Our Quality Assurance Program
Quality is of paramount importance at Fresh-cut Produces. In the pursuit of this goal, our Quality Assurance Program actively involves personnel at all levels, in the continuing effort to produce the highest level of quality products consistently. During each of the processing stages, strict quality controls are performed to ensure the highest level of Quality and full compliance with ISO22000 and HACCP standard requirement.

We also have contracted with the following professional institutions to ensure the best practice of our food safety plan:

ECOLAB Ltd - Pest control and Sanitation;
Johnson Diversey¡V Sanitation;
SGS HK Ltd ¡V Laboratory and biology test of products;
The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre Ltd ¡V Laboratory and biology test of products;
ML Medlab X-Ray & Medical Diagnostic Centre Ltd ¡V Workers and operators body and health check.

The Company management is proud of receiving the award of ISO22000 certification on top of its HACCP qualification in 2009
